Cru is a big puppy. He likes to play and is super silly. He likes to toss his toys around and be a very typical youngster. Cru decides what other dogs he likes to play with. Due to his size, we'd recommend dogs his size or bigger, though (he likes to WWF style play now and then). Since he can be picky in which dogs he enjoys the company of, he would not be an ideal dog park candidate and would need to meet any other dogs in the home prior to adoption. Honestly, he'd be great in a single-dog home. Cru is reported to be good w/dog savvy cats.
Cru is a typical youngster who is testing boundaries. He has been allowed to get away w/some stuff and his foster home is helping him to learn rules. He is house and crate trained and is fine in both situations. Cru will benefit from continuing his education (ie: dog training classes) in his new home. He will need an owner who can be a good leader and help him to understand what is acceptable and what is not. Due to this, we feel Cru would do best in an adult home or a home w/older teenagers. He is a happy, social guy, he just needs continued guidance.
Cru is a medium energy guy. He'd probably be a great running/jogging partner. He is smart as a whip and likes to learn new things (but what border collie doesn't?!). Cru respects a 4' fence. Cru is looking for a home w/border collie experience who can help him grow up into a wonderful companion! Is that with you?
