Toby came to BCRMN through no fault of his own at a young age. He was adopted into a loving family that did an awful lot of training with this smart boy (obedience, agility, trick, etc…) Toby was the center of their world, until an unexpected health crisis arose. With an extremely heavy heart Toby’s family realized that they were no longer in a place to be able to care for Toby thus he has come back to BCRMN looking to start the next chapter of his life.
