Ike came to Minnesota in early January. He rode all the way from Billings to the cities and never made a peep. Ike has been equally as pleasant since he arrived. He is great w/the other dogs, he is crate and house trained. Ike is way too herdy to live w/cats. He does know basic commands and is really a pretty easy guy to live with.
We have not tried Ike on our sheep since arriving (it's been too cold!). However, we feel that while Ike probably could be a fun stock dog (video available upon request), we also feel like he could be a really nice pet for an active home. Ike is super easy to live with and just a joy to be around. He'd love romping in a yard, going for hikes, probably jogging and/or running too. He'd probably be a great camping buddy, etc. I think Ike is just an all around great dude. Ike is looking for an active home, could that be with you?
