Jezebel is a TINY little thing and has a lot of frosting- but that makes her all the more adorable. Jezebel has lived in an outdoor kennel run for her entire life. Everything is new to her. She is learning about being inside and doing well w/her crate training. Since she's lived 7 years in a kennel run new things stress her out a bit- it takes her a couple of days to settle into her new environment. She will pace and pant initially. She is good with other dogs and likes to play. She ignored our cats until they ran- then it was game on. Due to this we'd recommend a home w/no cats.
Jezebel is very sweet and so far hasn't met a stranger. She wags her little tail and just soaks up any attention she can get. She IS still a malinois though- and she quickly reminded us of this when she climbed over a 6' kennel run. She will need a home where she can be monitored when outside- she can not be trusted in a fenced yard and will likely need to be leash walked in her new home. Due to this she will NOT require a physically fenced yard for adoption- but WILL require a detailed exercise plan that ensures her safety.
Jezebel is looking for a home who can offer her a safe and loving place where she can learn new things at her own pace. She is a sweet, sweet gal and will be the most loyal companion once she knows who her people are and where her place in this world is. If you enjoy this breed but don't want high intensity and crazy, Jezebel may be your girl. I bet she could even work on being a therapy dog w/the right training- she is a great dog.
