- Additional Info: Seek is an awesome maligator girl! Seek was found as a stray in a shelter. She was quickly pulled and brought into the BCRMN program. Seek was a bit anxious when she first came into foster care- like she was looking for her missing person...however, she's settled in now and is doing great.
Seek is a typical malinois. She is also a puppy...so you've got the typical malinois chaos plus puppy fun! This makes Seek a great training opportunity! She is treat and toy motivated and is learning to work w/a person as a team. She enjoys working and will keep trying to figure things out. She is small, petite, and agile, for sure!
Seek is crate trained and doing well on her house training. She will destroy things if she's left loose, unsupervised (typical for the breed and age). Seek is a busy child and NEEDS jobs to do. Seek is good w/people and has been around small kids. She is good w/them, but could knock them over w/her energy. Seek is likes to play w/other dogs, but has not been tested around super small dogs or cats. Seek does need a fenced yard (ideally a 6'+ fence). Seek will be place in an experienced, malinois, working/performance home ONLY. Seek is an awesome dog and will be an amazing performance dog.
Detection homes: Seek is not suited for detection work. She has been evaluated by several groups/trainers/agencies and they all agree she is not an ideal dog for that work, as she is very visual and does not use her nose.
